Shipping policy

All item are handmade to order, please allow 1 to 5 business days for production prior to shipment, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary by location: domestic US orders typically arrive within 1 to 13 business days, while international shipments generally take between 5 to 30 business days (up to 5 weeks depending on regional transit and customs processing). 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been dispatched. 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply upon delivery.
