1.WHAT ARE VXXXVY PIECES MADE OF, DOES IT CONTAIN NICKEL?

All pieces are made from 316L and/or 304L stainless steel. Both contain miniscule amounts of nickel, which qualifies them for use in hypoallergenic jewelry. 316L stainless steel is commonly used in surgical instruments and other medical equipment. It could still trigger an allergic reaction.
The anodized Aluminum used in a few jewelry pieces is entirely nickel-free.
The description of each item notes any non-stainless steel metal used in the crafting process.

2. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Stainless steel jewelry will not rust, tarnish or leave green stains, but following certain steps will ensure the longevity and shine of your jewelry. Read my blog about caring for your VXXXVY jewelry.

3.CAN THE PIERCINGS ON SOME OF THE JEWELRY PIECES BECOME LOOSE AND FALL OFF?

The piercing balls on all jewelry pieces are attached with a technique so they won't fall off. I check the piercings on every order before I package and ship them to make sure they are secure. I still advice to handle your new jewelry with care!

Orders before September 2023, include jewelry where I haven't used this technique so in case your piercings fell off, just sent me an email with your name and order number, so we can figure out a solution!

4.WHAT IS A PRE ORDER ITEM?

Preorder means it can take up to a few weeks for your order to be made and shipped. More information can be found in the description of those items.

1. WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

I do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, there may be some imperfections but I do check for any damage before I ship, please consider this before you purchase anything. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so we can figure out a proper solution. Do NOT send me your items back without contacting me. I will not refund any orders that are sent back without notice. Exceptions for returns/exchanges are only available when order is sent with wrong color or size. Please be sure to provide the correct measurements before ordering. Be sure to email me if you have any changes to your sizing before your item is made and shipped out.

2. WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

I will only accept cancelations before an order is shipped. If your order is on its way, there is no possibility to cancel it.

3. SHIPPING ADDRESS NOTICE

Please make sure you provide the correct email address and postal address. If any packages are returned due to an incorrect address, I will contact you through the provided email address. If you do not reply, I will not reship your order and you will only get the payment without shipping costs refunded. If your address changes before your order is shipped, please contact me as soon as possible at vxxxvy@gmail.com

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are handmade and crafted, so expect 1 to 3 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Once shipped it can take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

USA: 1 - 13 business days
Worldwide: 5 - 30 business days

If you chose the non-tracked & non-insured shipping method, I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged items/packages.

5.CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES

All international customers are responsible for custom taxes incurred on delivery.

Yes, I do. Please email me your idea at vxxxvy@gmail.com and I will try my best to realize it. For cancellation of your order, please email me to make sure that your order has not been made yet.

2. CAN I BORROW YOUR JEWELRY FOR AN OCCASION OR PHOTOSHOOT?

Yes, if you want to borrow any of my jewelry pieces for a photo shoot,
video shoot or any kind of performance, please email me at vxxxvy@gmail.com In your email, please include:

• Moodboard
• Description of the project
• Time
• Location

If you do not have a pull letter, I will need you to sign a contract before lending you my jewelry.

If you want a custom piece, a fee will be required since it is additional work.

Important: I charge a deposit if you are outside Vienna/NYC which will be fully payed back as soon as you have returned the borrowed pieces in their original state. You must cover tracked shipping costs.
